Part of my design project. Finished the spread's background. This will fold so that the Girl in Paris is the front page and the boy by the cherry trees is on the back

Peaceful Waters

These are two oil paintings I  did for my painting class. We had to paint the same scenery twice. Once in a realistic manner and again in a more abstract way with the palette knife. Painting with the palette knife was fun.

I used a photo reference I took while I was in Japan 4 years ago.
